Who are we? The Information Technology Survey Group is a consortium of top performing IT companies who conduct employee opinion surveys. Founded in 1995, the IT Survey Group promotes excellence in employee research programs through normative benchmarking of survey results and sharing of workforce research practices.
What are the benefits of membership? There are two main benefits of belonging to the IT Survey Group. First, all participating companies submit survey data through a third party, which is used to create survey norms. Our database includes survey data from over 1 million respondents in 70+ countries. The second benefit is the ability to network and share best practices among top IT companies.
